Together, we will build your day from the ground up—shaping the design, sourcing the perfect backdrop, assembling your dream team, and ensuring the day itself unfolds flawlessly.

The Launch Strategy: We begin with a complimentary, deep-dive consultation (in-person over coffee or via Google Meet) to map out your aesthetic, core values, and absolute non-negotiables. This is where we give your vision its wings. If happy, we take a 50% payment to confirm our services.

Your Venue Scout: Leave the endless scrolling to me. I will scout, vet, and present 3–4 premium venues tailored specifically to your guest list and style.

Your Intentional Design Proposal: I will craft a custom, high-end mood board that maps out your entire colour palette, lighting concepts, and visual flow, ensuring every detail feels deeply you.

Signature Floral Integration: As your personal stylist, I will design a cohesive, breathtaking floral concept utilizing our premium, soft-touch preserved real flowers. From your personal bouquets to statement ceremony arbors and tactile table centrepieces, your florals will seamlessly match the architecture of the day (and live on as a permanent keepsake long after).

If you'd prefer to use fresh flowers, we have a relationship with a well loved florist we could obtain quotes from.

Stationery & Signage Curation: I will source and manage boutique design partners to create custom invitations, menus, place cards, and welcome signage that set the tone before guests even arrive.

Curated Vendor Matchmaking: I protect your time by hand-selecting, vetting, and managing quotes from the finest suppliers in the industry—from photographers who match your energy to celebrants, cake designers, and entertainment.

The Master Production Timeline: I will build a minute-by-minute wedding day run-sheet and custom floor plan layout, keeping every moving part perfectly aligned.

On-Site Management: On the morning of your wedding, I will be on-site for up to 2 hours prior to your ceremony. Consider me your eyes and ears on the ground—managing early supplier arrivals, overseeing styling execution, and ensuring the stage is perfectly set before you walk down the aisle.

If you want to handle the early bookings but want an expert eye to step in, elevate your styling, and take the logistical weight off your shoulders, this is for you. Consider me your design confidante and logistics anchor, here to bridge the gaps and make sure your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined.

The Design Alignment: We will meet at your chosen venue for an intentional walkthrough. Together, we’ll review what you’ve already booked, look at the space with fresh eyes, and figure out exactly how to maximise the venue's natural beauty. If happy, we take a 50% payment to confirm our services.

Your Custom Styling Proposal: I will develop a tailored visual blueprint for you. This includes bespoke table layouts, and colour flow that complement the venue’s existing architecture and reflect your personal style.

Floral Artistry & Integration: I will personally align our tactile, soft-touch preserved floral designs with your venue backdrop, ensuring the bouquets, centrepieces, and installation pieces look like they were structurally made for the space (and leaving you with permanent keepsakes to take home).

If you already have your floral designer, we will work with them to ensure they align with everything else in the plan.

Your Master Timeline Formulation: Leave the spreadsheet stress to me. I will step in to compile your comprehensive wedding day schedule, source and organize supplier contact lists, and map out your venue floor plan so everyone knows exactly where to be and when.

The Transformation Set-Up: On the morning of your wedding, my team and I will handle the meticulous execution of all ceremony and reception visual components. From the precise placement of linens, charger plates, and custom stationery to the perfect positioning of candles and styling your focal floral arrangements, we ensure everything looks flawless.

On-the-Day Coordination: I will provide up to 2 hours of active, on-site event management prior to your ceremony. Consider me your personal eyes and ears on the ground—greeting early suppliers, smoothing out any last-minute behind-the-scenes details, and ensuring the stage is perfectly set before you make your grand entrance.
