Welcome to Preserved For You's Preserved Flower Subscription Service! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your subscription to the preserved flower arrangement service offered by Preserved For You.("we," "us," or "our"). By initiating a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to our service.
2. Subscription Agreement
Our preserved flower subscription service provides you with a new, unique preserved flower arrangement delivered to your nominated address on a recurring monthly basis. In return, the previous month's arrangement will be collected by us. Your subscription is ongoing and will continue automatically until cancelled in accordance with these terms.
3. Subscription Tiers and Pricing
The specific details of your chosen subscription tier, including the size and style of the arrangement, and the corresponding monthly subscription fee, will be outlined at the time of your subscription sign-up. All prices are in AUD
4. Billing and Payments
Recurring Billing:
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method (e.g., credit card) the applicable monthly subscription fee automatically on a recurring basis.
Billing Cycle:
The first payment will be processed upon signing up for the service. Subsequent payments will be processed approximately one month from your initial billing date, and then on the same date each month thereafter.
Payment Failure:
In the event of a payment failure, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your upcoming delivery and collection until the outstanding payment is successfully processed. We will notify you of any payment issues.
Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days in advance, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new fees.
5. Delivery and Collection
Delivery Schedule:
New preserved flower arrangements will be delivered to your nominated address during the first week of every calendar month. We will endeavour to provide you with a specific delivery window or notification prior to delivery.
Collection Schedule:
Concurrently with the delivery of your new arrangement, our delivery team will collect the previous month's arrangement from your address. It is your responsibility to ensure the old arrangement is available for collection at the time of the new delivery.
Access:
You must ensure that safe and reasonable access is provided for our delivery and collection team at the nominated address. If we are unable to deliver or collect due to lack of access or if no one is available to receive the arrangement, additional fees for re-delivery or re-collection may apply.
Delivery Area:
Our subscription service is available within a specified delivery area. Please confirm your address is within our service area prior to subscribing.
6. Cancellation Policy
Ongoing Subscription:
Your subscription is ongoing and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
Notice Period:
To cancel your subscription, you must provide us with at least one (1) full calendar month's written notice. This means if you wish to cancel your subscription for [e.g., August], you must notify us by [e.g., June 30th].
How to Cancel:

Effective Date of Cancellation:
Your subscription will officially terminate at the end of the next full billing cycle following your one-month notice period. For example, if you notify us on July 15th, your subscription will continue through the month of August, and your last delivery will be in August. Your subscription will then end, and no further charges will apply from September.
7. Damage Policy
Responsibility for Arrangement:
The preserved flower arrangement remains our property. You are responsible for the care and condition of the arrangement while it is in your possession.
Damage Fee:
In the event that the arrangement is returned to us damaged (beyond normal wear and tear or minor imperfections from handling), you will be liable to pay a damage fee. This damage fee will be equivalent to one (1) month's subscription fee, which will be charged to your nominated payment method.
Assessment of Damage:
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned arrangement and determine if damage has occurred that warrants the application of the damage fee. We will notify you if such a fee is being applied.
What Constitutes Damage:
Damage includes, but is not limited to, significant breakages, missing elements, excessive discolouration due to improper care, water damage, or any alteration to the arrangement.
8. Care of Preserved Arrangements
Preserved flowers are delicate and require minimal care. To prevent damage:
Keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water.Avoid touching them excessively.Do not place them in direct contact with heat sources. Following these guidelines will help maintain the beauty and longevity of your arrangements.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and where significant, we will notify you directly via email. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
